Yesterday I discovered a newly released artwork of a Chinese drama I’m really looking forward to… OMG, HOW PRETTY IS THIS?? *__*

Chinese Paladin 3 (Xian Jian Qi Xia Zhuan Zhi Ling Zhu Shen Jian )

I went pretty nutty when I saw the trailer a few weeks ago, especially discovering the amazing Hu Ge was the main character, and super cute Yang Mi was the female lead~ ahhhh.. hope it’s good >_< ..Can’t wait til it comes out.

For the meantime, I’m watching an old-ish anime titled “Revolutionary Girl Utena”. I downloaded this aggggges ago but just left it sitting around and thought I might give it a go now.

Not too surprisingly I’m enjoying this series so far. The director for this anime also worked on Sailor Moon so I can feel some similarities, hehehe. Although created in 1997, the art and animations are quite good. I’m up to around episode 17/39 so still a while away… hope it keeps me entertained :D I don’t mind that the two leads are both lesbians, as long as the story is good I’m happy. The last time I tried a Yuri genre,  “Maria-sama Ga Miteru” I was really bored ^_^;

Dear Chibi,

Yesterday the COFA gang organised a surprise dinner to celebrate Burpy’s 22nd Birthday! Jacky chose Passello, an Italian Restaurant in Darling Harbour and we met up around 6.45pm at the IMAX theatre (not iMAC Computer, MZ XD).

It turned out pretty good, especially for something that was planned mini-last-minute (good group effort guys XD)

Dear Chibi,

I had a dream last night, that for whatever reason, I went back in time- to the first day of Uni. However, I remember everything that has happened to this day, yet everyone else obviously don’t. It was just so so strange seeing everything unfold again- I was doing the same thing too, because I tried to “act” back the way I was back then, not knowing anyone or anything- so I wouldn’t seem “out of place”.

I kept wondering, will everything be the same again? No matter what I do, will my future still remain unchanged? I just went back to the past, but the “present’ still exists somewhere, right? In order to get back to the present, it seems I needed to live in the past again..to live for another 4 years.

I met Marcus again, but soon I realised something was not right. He seemed like the same as he was before, but then I suspected that he also had retained his memory of the present, but- like me, is PRETENDING he hasn’t. There might have been others also with memories, desperately trying to change the past… It was like a game of trying to change history, and trying to keep it the same.

I woke up pretty confused, but it also made me realise that I’m happy with what I have right now, and probably wouldn’t wanna do anything differently in the past.

I’m just glad to be back in the present!

Dear Chibi,

I was working in the office when suddenly my work phone rang, calling from reception saying I’ve got delivery. I said “Okay” and thought nothing of it, except maybe they asked for the wrong person. I mean, I didn’t order anything? And, of course to my surprise, IT WAS FOR ME XD XD XD

It kinda shocked me and took me a while to settle down XD All my work mates gathered around asking who it’s from, secret admirer?…blah blah, you get the gist , hehee =p
 

Lovely rose + card from Jacky <3 Thank you, it’s really really sweet, I loved it!!! I was surprised by how happy I was actually..lol.

But of course, I had a little surprise of my own :) I sent my little message dedicated to Jacky a few days ago and it got published in the MX paper! It even had a pink box around it, lol. yay, I think MX likes me.. it’s the second item that got published ^_^

Dear Chibi,

I’ve recently been following a period drama called “The Silver Chambers of Sorrow” and am pleasantly surprised by how intriguing it is :) I like it.. I just wanna keep watching the next episode to see what happens! I’m up to episode 9 out of 20 and even though I’ve already spoiled the ending about a year ago, it’s still good to see the character development and plot unfold. It’s a pretty depressing series, though I find depressing series more interesting. Come on, we all love a bit of tears in our eyes~ which is another reason I like hiding in my room and watching it by myself *sniff* hehe. XD

Other than that, just me trying to recover from the flu…getting there!

Dear Chibi,
I headed out the door this morning like every other morning. However, something caught my eye as I approached my front gate.. a dog, a very big massive dog. It didn’t have a leash..and no owner in sight. We made eye contact. I paused..oh my goodness.. how was I suppose to make it through the gate with a dog there?? I made a small step forward, but the dog went barking mad and started walking towards me. I needed to find a way to get pass quick..or I’ll miss my train! I tried to remain calm and thought that if I just ignored it, and walked out casually it’ll just leave me alone instead of looking suspicious. Okay, I’m gonna do it! I approached the gate once again, but ..!! The dog started growling and RUNNING towards the gate! What was I suppose to do? RUNNN?? I opened the gate and put a foot out but I couldn’t do it. I couldn’t make my escape. I quickly retrieved and practically slammed the gate in the dogs face =_=;; I feared it was going to jump over the gate and get me, so I didn’t dare look back. I turned my back to it and power-walked quickly back to my house door. After a few barking and growling, it disappeared. Phew. I’m saved!

I continued on my usual journey to work and didn’t see the dog again. I have a feeling..it’s my neighbour’s dog =__=..I don’t know.

What I’ve always wondered is, what do you do when you notice a dog without a leash or owner around, and you get its attention? What if it’s not one of those tiny cutesy dogs, but a big, angry looking one showing off it’s teeth, ready to jump at you? Do you make a run for it? Can it run faster than you? I’ve always been told never run when you see a dog.. so do you just walk pass it thinking it won’t bite? Even if you are an animal lover, but how does the animal know that? Just because you love dogs in general, doesn’t make you immune to bites and whatnot..unless I’m missing something? Is there something dog lovers know about dogs that I need to know about? Or do dog lovers/owners not care about getting bitten?
