Dear Chibi,

I’ve been warned it was going to be very busy and crowded over at Circular Quay- due to the World Youth Week event. Luckily it didn’t affect my train ride to or from work and didn’t experience any delays. The trains were more crowded than usual, but aren’t trains always packed during peak hours anyway? I was happy to get a seat as I read my daily MX paper and ate my lunch on the way home. Work is so busy I have to eat my lunch at like..6pm ^_^; Well, that’s kinda misleading cause I also ate at 1pm… but normally I have about 4 meals a day, minimum- so I did skip my lunch!

Well, it seems Starbook is still amusing me after a week- The Chibi Empire is still doing well ^_^ Apart from that it’s just been the usual Chibi Dolling and organising myself to be a more organised person, by organising myself- yeh, that made perfect sense!

Theres still a few things I would like to get back to sometime… like the toys I was planning to make. I haven’t forgotten about it, it’s still sitting on my desk waiting for the right time to sew them. Next to it is a computer arts magazine I bought while I was over at Emily’s newsagent. There was a period of time where I lacked a lot of creative inspiration and decided checking out other peoples work would help. Its got a few neat things in there, but I’ve seen works from BDM graduates that were way better. Nevertheless, the magazine made me feel happy- mainly since, well, it’s probably the first artsy magazine I ever bought in my life, lol. Yay, now I feel more artsy and creative- chibi says.. XP

Recently this month I attended both Malavika and Emily’s 21st birthday party. They were great ^_^ Seeing everyone again made me happy =)

Dear Chibi,

I’ve pretty much lost interest in Facebook for the past few months or so- and really only use it to upload photos and see other pics. However.. just the other day, I added a Starcraft application- Starbook!! It’s soo..addictive…. X3 It reminds me of earth 2025- an older game I use to also enjoy playing. The only problem with these games is that you constantly have to come back to collect your goods (every few hours?) and make sure your opponents don’t come and steal your loots XD Well, that’s what makes it addictive in the first place. lol I’m happy it’s keeping me entertained for the time being, but I’d be pulling my hair out when I don’t logon for a day and find I haven’t used the ‘energy’ allocated and ‘wasted’ resources…lol… I hope I don’t sound crazy.

It’s funny looking at these promotional pictures. If I had never played Starcraft as a kid, I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t play it now (if someone told me to) Where’s the appeal?? hahaa.. where’s the female appeal? ^_^

Oh, did I mention I think marines look cute? XD

Dear Chibi,

Today was my final day working with Jobx as a Part-timer. It has been a wonderful 18 months and everyone there has been kind and a great pleasure to work with. I started while I was still studying at Uni and since I’ve graduated, I feel it’s time to move onto the next stage of my career =).
I feel I have definitely gained a better insight into the ‘real world’ and will take everything I learned with me. But wow..what a journey! There has been some ups and downs, some challenges and some surprises- but in the end, it’s all a learning process.
Thanks for the farewell party…the card made me a little teary. Thanks for leaving such good memories.
