You’re probably thinking ‘anyone can use image ready‘ and you’re probably right!! haha… but I get amused very easily.. This is my first ever animated gif I made with Image Ready- it’s a link button for one of my sites.

So yes, since I find this such an achievement I had to jot it down in my blog.

Currently I’m typing in an almost dark room, for 60 Earth Hour, as a sign of commitment to reduce global warming..plus, it’s sorta fun. It’d be better if I turned off the computer too, but I can’t really afford that since time is precious and I’ve got things due. Without further..err..talk..

It’s been sitting on my wish list for so long and I’ve finally got myself a Wacom tablet! ahh.. a cute A6 Graphire 4 ^^ YAY. I’m loving it.

Today I was rather pleased too, cause I finally get to speak to Steve about my Digital Studio biggy project. Looks like I’ll only have two 5 minute consultations with him for the whole semester, I’m serious! It’s really all up to me to get stuff done anyway. Hope everything will run smoothly. *fingers crossed*

Another thing I was happy about today was the fact I totally owned Jacky!! muahaa.. He took me for lunch after Uni today and ordered a set meal which had quite a bit of food. He was complaining the whole way how much he was starving. Guess what? He didn’t end up finishing a lot of his food, whereas I finished everything of mine (same thing was ordered)! Finally witnesses the fact I’ve been telling people- I can eat a lot, and I wasn’t even all that hungry XP Can’t beat me in a eating challenge.

With all that being said…I better start some work!

I’ll have to see how much progress I get done.. that is if I stop playing with my wacom so much, hehehe….

Lemme ask you a question. If money can buy happiness, wouldn’t you buy it if you can? Why not? If it gives you satisfaction, makes you happy… isn’t it worth it? Why do people work for? At the end of the day people work to achieve a level of satisfaction. I know money can’t buy everything, but money can be a substitute for happiness sometimes. People who are rich are not necessarily happy, and less wealthy people can be happy even if they’re poor..

I am one who believes money can bring a level of happiness/satisfaction, even if it’s temporary. Perhaps I act on impulse.. maybe girls just love shopping. Guys love shopping too though. Who can blame us?

I found myself always wanting to buy things (in particular- chocolate) especially when I’m feeling a bit sad or lonely. Do we all do that? I always think that by buying myself or others presents, it makes me happy. I do feel happier afterwards, even if it doesn’t last long..it still works. I’m not considered materialistic, right?

mmm….Yuummyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy…….. just finished a really really nice dinner my mum and dad prepared….woah. So nice. (haha, I finally ate the crab that scared the crap outta me last night!) Today my dear cousin came for dinner since it’s been ages since we’ve last seen her. She went to Japan for a year (as a English Teacher), and will be heading back there next week (Full Time Accounting job). That’s pretty cool living over in Japan ^^ I’m hoping to go to Japan for a holiday at the end of this year too =D Still a long way to go, but its something to look forward to.

Let’s see.. the end of March is approaching, there’s not many months left before Uni finishes… Gotta make the most use of it, and really work hard and enjoy it. =) Thinking back, a lot has happened in the past two years, and I’ve met a bunch of wonderful people who have stuck by and continued to be friends. That’s really nice. Without them, I don’t think Uni would be near as enjoyable.

haha, looks like I’ve gone on a different tangent… why am I writing as if I just graduated Uni?? lol… I’ll leave that till the end.

Already end of week 4, I’ve gotta stay focused and get stuff done as quickly as possible. I am surprised that I’m a little more determined this semester than usual, but I’ll probably need more. The only REAL time I have to work on things is the 3-day weekend… it can really keep you in a state of.. chaos.

Oh yeah, today is the election day, wheeeee… it was my first time voting, isn’t that exciting? =p heheee… actually, I’m really tired right now… these random comments are just trying to escape my messed up mind. I gave out a test to my Eco students yesterday, which means I’ll have to go through and mark the papers, including the essays. haha, as if I don’t have enough to do already! Mossies really like me these days. I’ve been bitten all over, I guess they can’t get enough of me, how sweet. Oh no, I’ve lost weight too. That’s weird..lately I’ve been eating an extra meal more than usual.

*yawn*

Why are you yawning? It’s not even 3pm yet. I guess the hot hot weather does that to you too.
