I spent most of yesterday working at Revesby again, thinking that there won’t be any work today…guess not xD In a few hours time I’ll be off again, and won’t be back till 1am tomorrow~ it’s okay I suppose, I need some income anyway…lol..

Today I was looking through my first year stuff, and I remembered all the paint material I bought last year for Drawing for Media Class, so I decided to have a go at real painting- it’s been so long since I’ve done that (it’s been all about PhotoShop). Painting turned out quite fun… I did one of Xiao Yao and Ling Er, two characters from a chinese series; the funny thing about the process was that everytime I made a mistake, first thing I would think of is “I’ll fix it in PS“..and then “heck no, that’ll ruin the purpose of painting“..^^;
The painting is waiting to dry..but I might post it up here when I get it scanned and all…maybe…

Anyways, I’m starving..! *goes off to eat Wonton*

Yes… last night was a terrible game with Australia v Italy…lost..so..stupidly..argh.. >.> I was sooo annoyed…arhhhh……..can’t believe the referee let them have a free kick, due to some ..penalty….talk about the worse thing that could happen in the remaining time (even though that was already part of the 3 min addition)..I was hoping they’d at least tie it… anyways…

Today Kazzy and I decided to hang out since she finished her exams, and we need quality sister time! (joking about the last part..lol) Bumped into Ragini on the train, which was a bit of a surprise.. obviously recognised her at first glance, but took me a few seconds to remember the name!! Anyways, we went shopping around the city, went for lunch and karaoke afterwards when we were tired from the walking ^^;…yes…it always turns out that way..lol

And it happened again, the shop keeper thought I was the older one… xD A lot of the time I forget I’m the younger of the twins.

Dear Chibi,
Yesterday Jacky and I were on MSN, suffering from extreme boredom. We decided to go on a drawing challenge; the idea that we came up with was to draw a hero who will save the world from the evil forces! The character history, background, setting etc were not allocated, and so we could pretty much design anything we liked, keeping in mind; its a hero.

After about 9 hours, we finally finished and exchanged artwork. The entries were sent to our judges: Somps, Marcus, MB, MZ and Ray- who will each give a rating out of 5 for each entry. The amount will be added up, and one with most wins the challenge.

Anyways, enough of me blabbing, here are the artworks ^^:

Dear Chibi,
Just came back from a another lesson tutoring a year 6 girl English… I just can’t believe it happens so frequently v.v; some days she’s behaving; a good student… the next week, she would be completely another person; horrid. I’ve been teaching her for half a year now, and its good to see that she is improving, but the problem is she is extremely lazy. She just always has the attitude like she doesn’t want to learn anything, and constantly says “I don’t know”, even though she hasn’t even seen the worksheet I prepared. She’s not willing to learn… I have been very patient with her, actually- so much it scares me o.O (my patience does have a limit) She just doesn’t understand that she needs to learn harder things as she progresses. She only wants to learn the basic easy stuff, and completely refuses to learn anything new, or a tiny bit harder. When this happens, she would turn away and look at the opposite direction, ignore me completely, or imitate me for the fun of it.. oh boy… *sweatdrop*

Sometimes I just wonder why I bother putting so much effort into the girl, who obviously has given up on herself and refuses to listen to me. On one hand, some people have told me to relax, and if she’s not learning it’s her fault- but on the other hand, I feel that it is my responsiblity to ensure she does improve- I want her to improve.. so I guess that’s where all the frustrations come from. I don’t know if I should continue teaching her or not- her mother rang me a couple of times to ask how’s her progress…sometimes I didn’t know how to answer.

Oh, and incase you’re unaware, this is how I feel almost every week after the lesson…

Today I met up with the Uni group to collect our Digi Comp stuff which was available at Uni. The assignments didn’t even have marks on them, but I guess it wasn’t a waste of a trip since we had to give Jacky money for the Snow trip coming up! Yay…snow…. XD

After that we went to Starbucks for drinks, and sat there chatting over about 2 hours..ehehe… Someone kept complaining that we weren’t doing anything- but I found it quite pleasant.. . maybe guys just aren’t use to sitting still and having a convo- they kept suggesting to chip in for a basketball and play- XD

How do I feel about Basketball after making a documentary on it? Honestly, not much… so, why don’t I play basketball? hmm.. I don’t really have much against it, but just not my thing x.X None of them mind the idea, and even asked ‘who here doesn’t want to play?’ and I just raised my hand- they should have went anyway..6 against 1, yerrr..

After that we went to Hungry Jacks and just grabbed something to eat for the sake of it XD (Some were still full from the coffee).

Oh yesh, 5am this morning was the World Cup game with Australia tieing 2 all- awesome ^^ I was in bed when it took place…lol… guess its Australia vs Italy next!

Today I decided to make a series of 4 frame comic strips featuring my uni pals out of complete randomness XD I remember making a few omakes for the RPG last year, and it turned out quite funny. I may make more..(probably will) but no promises =P I also challenged my group to make one each, it’ll be interesting to see what they come up with.

Hello! I’ve decided to make Chibi’s Blog more personalised, so we have moved here :) So, what happened to Chibi’s Space? hmm.. good question- I started blogging using MSN Space since October 2005, but it annoyed me since there wasn’t enough there that made it feel personalised to reflect my character or how I feel. Today I went in to Uni to hand in my final assessment for DigiComp..which means I’m freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, yay!!!!!!!! We decided to hang out for a bit so Somps, MichaelB, Jacky, Marcus and I walked to Town Hall and decided we’d watch X-men 3, so we had lunch at…. (forgot the name of place) XD Well, it was Asian food, which was actually quite yummy =) Too bad MichaelZ, Ray and others couldn’t join us since they had Video Production Class on.

X-men 3 was awesome though… I really enjoyed it though it was quite sad at the same time v.v…so tragic…*sigh*
Oh yeh, I saw Oyster-san as well….ehehe…

After the movie, we decided to head off, but Jacky and I bought the Central ticket whereas the others got City Ticket, so we split from there. Not long after, we received a call from Ray who wanted to meet up with us, so the two of us went to grab some drinks and waited for them at China Town~ only for Ray and MZ to realise it was only 2 of us..and that the others left..hehee..

Ray and Jacky had a arm wrestling match, and the one who loses has to go ddr… and yeh, Ray end up doing so. He is still pretty strong for someone so..skinny XD After that we too decided to head home =)

On another note, so sad that the computer broke down >< I really wanted to work on my websites,….*sigh* Now I’m suck using the old computer which doesnt have much on it.
