I got my first drivers lesson today… it’s probably because it’s my first go at it.. but I can’t imagine myself driving my own car without any assistance XD It was..sorta freaky… I almost crashed multiple times within the 1.5 hours… A really bad habit I’ve noticed is that I never look at the mirrors, and I’m too conscious about the accelerator and brake… that I seem to hit the accelerator hard when I get nervous!Today was mostly U Turns and roundabouts. The experience was actually quite fun I must admit, but that’s because I feel sorta safe since I’ve got an Instructor next door who will help me brake when I’m about to do something wrong… Two freaky stuff happened… one was I encountered a CRAZY driver.. now, he was insane..more insane than my driving ^^;; sheesh.. almost gave me a heart-attack just popping around the corner like that and driving on the wrong lane.. the other case was I suddenly hit the brake hard when I reached the roundabout, and the car behind nearly smashed into the car -.-’ oh my…

ANYWAYS………

I’ve been working crazy on Multimedia Authoring… still got a LONG way to go.. even a LONGER one for 3D Animation. I want to stay up later etc to work on stuff, but I get REALLY tired.. I wouldn’t be able to get up the next morning so I donno if its worth it or not.

so…..tired…………………………XDToday was the big day for the filming project I was talking about… it lasted about 6-7 hours, lol. Somphors and her friend Fred came over to my place around 10, and we started walking around, checking the settings etc, planning and finally we went onto the actual filming :) The process was actually quite fun ^^ Lots of laughs..hehehe..

The weather was worrying me cause it kept changing from minute to minute… it started off sunny, then went cloudy… and for our project, it’s only going to be 1-2 minutes of footage..hahaha.. so the weather changes drastically within the 2 minutes…lol..

Like I said, Kazzy was the main actress, and Fred was the other character~ we had all our equipment set up, the two tripods, the wheelchair, sketch book, and the car, plus props ready. The task was pretty difficult though, considering the ‘continuity factor’ and all that… lots of thinking required~ but we eventually did it! YAY..haha…

After all the hardwork, mum made us some nice sushi for some snacks before they left. It was nice working with them :)

Ok, now onto my day ^^; Don’t mind the randomness.

I’ve been busy with Uni these days to do much; this semester I have 3D Animation and Modeling, Multimedia Authoring, Digital Video and Digital Composite 2. 3D Animation takes up a lot of time, and pretty hard (for me at least).. we gotta make someone walk, and its driving me crazy XD LOL..heck, making a ball bounce was hard enough…

Multimedia Authoring is pretty cool, except my group partner Nicolette and I haven’t come up with ANYTHING! LOL… we will start brainstorming on Sunday ^_^

Digital Video, I have Somps as my partner, and I think that’s gonna turn out well (hopefully) We both brainstormed and came up with a narrative, she was in charge of the illustrations in the storyboard- and I’m the one who colours. haha… you have no idea how long I’ve been sitting in front of the computer colouring..hahaha… XD *looks out the window* ahh.. a pleasant day.. hope the weather is gonna be great tomorrow- cause that’s the day we’re gonna start filming ^^ Kazzy is gonna be acting, as well as Somp’s friend Fred (who I have yet to meet). Hope everything runs smoothly.. we’ve been planning for this day quite a lot of times.

Digital Composite 2- The reason for me using this Wacom tablet..haha.. I have a test next Wed, and the one after that which is touching up/fixing photos, using a wacom- so I better get use to it.

BEST of all….. no THEORY this semester! YAY!

Doesn’t all that sound fun? In reality, it ain’t that fun..its still somewhat stressing and time consuming.
